At EcoGrow, we are committed to providing you with high-quality, eco-friendly products made from 100% renewable sugarcane fiber. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we’re here to help.

Please read our policy carefully to understand your options regarding returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with manufacturing defects.
  • Incorrect Order: If you receive products that are different from what you ordered.
  • Change of Mind (within [X] days): If you wish to return an item for reasons other than damage or incorrect shipment, you may do so within [e.g., 7 days / 15 days] of receiving your order.
    • Condition for Change of Mind Returns: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original saleable condition will not be accepted.

Products NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Products that have been opened or used, unless they are proven to be defective.
  • Products not in their original packaging.
  • Items purchased during a final sale or clearance event (unless damaged or incorrect).

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear explanation of the reason for the return (e.g., “damaged item,” “incorrect product,” “change of mind”).
    • Photographs of the damaged or incorrect item(s) and their packaging, if applicable.
  3. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if required. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

3. Shipping the Return Item

  • For Damaged/Incorrect Orders: If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), EcoGrow will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a pick-up.
  • For Change of Mind Returns: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit.

4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Upon verification of the damage or incorrect item, we will process your refund or send out a replacement, as per your preference and product availability.
  • Change of Mind Items: If the item is unused and in its original, saleable condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be processed within [e.g., 7-10 business days] of receiving and approving the returned item. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Partial Refunds
